FRAISA ToolCare ® 2.1 A lot of overview for more efficiency: the ToolCare ® 2.1 elec- tronic tool management system guarantees a significant pro- ductivity increase. Internet-based software allows all tools used for production to be clearly stored. More than 700 FRAISA customers are already benefiting from this efficient tool man- agement system with ToolCare ® 2.1. FRAISA ReTool ® and ReToolBlue Sustainable and resource-saving: After industrial reconditioning with FRAISA ReTool ® used FRAISA tools are guaranteed to re- gain their original performance. We use FRAISA ReToolBlue to feed tools that have finally been used up to the recycling process – thus, the raw material cycle is closed. With these processes, we reduce tooling costs for our customers and pro- tect the environment, thus saving more than 2,500 tons of CO 2 per year. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT For increasing productivity and profitabil- ity, high-performance milling tools from FRAISA are always the right choice. The additional offer of perfectly coordinated services significantly reinforces the advan- tages of our tools even further. By reducing effort and resource consumption, the ben- efits for our customers are maximized. Our focus will therefore continue to be on the ongoing further development of our com- prehensive service offering – in times of digitalization, of course, increasingly with the inclusion of digital measures.
