FRAISA Annual Report 20/21
Training Well-equipped by targeted professional development During the past year, we have seen a very rapid development in the area of digitalization and in terms of new working en- vironments. Once again, it has shown that well-trained em- ployees find such changes easier. As a consequence, we have systematically added minimum and maximum requirements to our salary groups. In the future, our employees will receive even more targeted support for further professional develop- ment with regard to maximum requirements within their salary group. This provides them with the tools they need to cope more easily with future technological innovations. English is the new Group language By now, well-founded teamwork is easily realizable due to technical conditions. However, the communication can be dis- turbed by language barriers; this has clearly been shown to us by stronger international cooperation. In order to improve this, we have decided to make English the new Group language. We will bring our cadres up to the appropriate level with ad- ditional English training. However, all other employees are also given the opportunity to attend English courses. At FRAISA, training does not just involve the accumulation of specialist knowledge. We also place great importance on the further development of social and leadership skills. We would like to provide new impulses and develop existing competen- cies through specific training courses.
